Pricing model
Hyperstack publishes on-demand GPU VM prices, reservation pricing and spot VM pricing on its GPU pricing page. The same page states that AI Studio pricing is billed per minute and tells larger enterprise-scale buyers to contact Hyperstack directly. Public VM docs also warn that VM state matters for billing: a VM can continue to bill while shut off because resources remain reserved.
Capacity tiers
Hyperstack exposes several capacity paths: on-demand GPU virtual machines, reserved GPU capacity, spot VMs, on-demand Kubernetes and AI Studio. The public pricing page lists reservation rates separately from on-demand and spot. For teams that need predictable access to popular GPUs, the reservation path is the important tier to compare against pure on-demand usage.
GPU lineup
Hyperstack's public GPU pricing page currently lists NVIDIA H200 SXM, H100 SXM, H100 NVLink, H100, RTX Pro 6000 SE, A100 SXM, A100 NVLink, A100, L40, A6000, A4000 and B200. Reservation and spot coverage differ from the on-demand list. Buyers should verify both the GPU model and the capacity mode before assuming a listed GPU is available in the desired region or billing tier.
Storage, egress and hidden costs
Hyperstack publishes separate storage pricing for SSVs and snapshot cost behavior. Snapshot estimates depend on the size of the VM, attached volumes and current Cloud-SSD storage rates. The pricing page lists public IP addresses as a separate service and marks ingress and egress traffic as free. The main hidden-cost risk is leaving reserved resources in a billable state rather than deleting or resizing them.
Reliability and support posture
Hyperstack provides a support portal, service-status access and a public service-level addendum. The SLA page is published under NexGen Cloud Limited and states an uptime undertaking, with monthly calculation rules based on monitoring data. Buyers should still check the current contract, covered services, maintenance exclusions and support response commitments for production workloads.
