Does a lower cheapest GPU price mean the whole market fell?
No. A new low-price provider can reduce the minimum without any existing provider changing its price. Compare matching configurations over time to separate a price change from a change in the sample.
In today's data: Compared with 6 October 2026, 49 of today's 443 offers are new listings and 52 listings from then are gone. Of the 394 configurations listed on both days, 14 got cheaper, 41 got dearer and 339 kept their price. Price movers lists the matched changes.
The monthly reports compare identical provider, GPU, tier and configuration keys at the period endpoints. The GRPI uses its separate chain-linked method to limit provider-composition effects.
